The Challenge - How do we make the world a better place?

We include renewable building materials in our projects!

A creative process with Architects , Engineers, Fuel System Engineers , Fire Services , Town Planners , Surveyors and Environmental consultants was undertaken to achieve the project goal of producing a Carbon Neutral Building.

We have now lodged this project with council for development planning approval and will be looking to deliver this project mid 2020.

Raw Property Studio Services has been working as the Developer and Development Manager to deliver the outcomes for this project and deliver a profitable environmental friendly sustainably project.

Raw Property Studio Services secured the property , engaged with the consultants , secured the tenants and co -ordinated the lodgement of the development application with council.

Raw Property Studio Services will manage the delivery of the project during construction until handover to the tenant.

We are using Sustainable Structural Timber for the construction of this project.
